This pleasant, isolated cottage which catches the full sun is in Sicily, less than 300 metres from the beach (one of the most beautiful on the island). It has a terrace and a private garden in which typical Sicilian lemon trees are growing. It is situated more precisely in the village of Noto Marina (in the south-east of Sicily), where you will find a number of shops, restaurants, etc. (easily accessible even on foot).
Several of the surrounding places (within a radius of 6 to 40 km) are worth a detour: towns displaying the Sicilian Baroque style of architecture (Noto, Modica, Palazzolo, Scicli, Ragusa, Catania), major archaeological sites (Syracuse, Eloro, Megara) and the natural parks (Vendicari, Cava Grande di Avola, its canyons and lakes, not forgetting Pantalica).
This is the ideal destination for families who like to keep themselves to themselves: you can enjoy the sunshine in peace and quiet and visit the cultural, artistic and historical sites in the surrounding area.
The house is located in Noto Marina exactly in Contrada Laufi, only 290 meters from the sea immersed in a stupoendo lemon garden where there are not only lemon trees but a vast vegetation; grapefruit oranges, mules and olives:
The house has two bedrooms (three beds in one and two in the other smaller) a large living room with a cast iron stove a beautiful stained glass TV satellite with 300 foreign channels and DVD player. The kitchen is in masonry rustic Sicilian style and is truly complete with all accessories; blender, toaster, electric coffee machine, coffee maker, American coffee shop, microwave oven and utensils and glasses of every genere.la diamond tip of the House And the terrace with View Sdul Garden where there is a operating ceramic hand painted lava and also there is a stone barbecue. And there is another outside porch where you can quietly drink a coffee immersed in the green.
Included in the price there are two bicicles that allow you to turn around Noto Marina and to be satisfied to see the beatiful sea of Noto and the natural reserve of Vendicari.
