Description
The Dammusi of Punta Karace are obtained from the renovation and expansion of an old agricultural agglomeration consisting of 9 dammusi of various types (from 1 to 6 beds), sizes, and categories (some simpler and spartan, others more refined and refined ). The structure is divided into three blocks, in the first block are the dammuso Mirto and Geranio, in the second block the dammuso Ibiscus, Gardenia, Gelso and Ginestra, in the third block, the higher one, there are the dammuso Melograno, Carrubb and Cycas. The dammusi of the three different sections are all different from each other in size, position and furnishings, they are adjacent, but very independent. The property is spread over terraces planted with olive trees and vineyards that slope down towards the sea, and the houses are surrounded by lush gardens, with palm trees, bougainvillea and succulents. From almost every corner of the property you can enjoy a splendid view of the blue Mediterranean. The nearest inhabited center is called kamma. it can be reached by car in 5 minutes (about 4 km) or through a panoramic path that allows you to reach the village in a few minutes. Access to the nearest sea is that of Punta Karace, (800m) which can also be reached on foot if you love walking. a short distance away there are also the most beautiful and comfortable coves of Pantelleria, Gadir (km 2) famous for its thermal waters, Cala Tramontana, Cala Levante, and the elephant arch (km 2). in the area there are also various restaurants (seasonal openings) the closest "Il princie e il pirata" can also be reached on foot (500 m) .. others in the area: Ristrante / bar "Le Cale", typical trattoria "La favarotta" .. and others...
