On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and private bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 bedroom on 2 levels with 1 double bed, mezzanine with sofa bed and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. The house is surrounded by a garden with many trees, plants and aromatic plants that fill the air with Mediterranean scents. The villa has a large private swimming pool with outdoor shower and plenty of space to relax in the sun or shade. On summer evenings you can enjoy dinner on the veranda or under the patio near the house. From the house you have a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and the ancient village of Ostra. Charming and beautiful house located 1.5 km from the small village of Ostra and only 15 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast. You can easily walk to the village of Ostra, where you will find a small supermarket. In the surrounding countryside there are numerous places where you can buy fresh vegetables and other local products. The area is known for its high quality wines, such as Lacrima di Morro d'Alba, which can be purchased in the nearby Landi Farm.
